WARRANTY SERVICE

All new products are delivered with written documentation (where applicable) of the manufactures warranty. Residential Garage Door Services warrants that installation is correct and in accordance with manufacture instructions. Residential Garage Door Services will, without charge, repair or replace at our (RGDS) option, any product found to be improperly installed or defective within the warranty period.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers the installation and products provided by Residential Garage Door Services. Standard Warranties on all products are 1 year parts, 3 years labor. Limited Life Time Warranties cover the consumer for as long as they own their home. All services are covered by a Standard Warranty unless otherwise noted on your receipt or invoice.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Residential Garage Door Services Standard Warranty and Limited Lifetime Warranty only apply to services and products provided by Residential Garage Door Services.

Both warranties are limited to the homeowner, named person on the receipt unless otherwise stated.

Any product that is modified from its original factory condition will void any Warranty of the product, this includes repairs done by other companies or the homeowner.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal necessary maintenance, disassembly of any product by any person other than a Residential Garage Door Services technician.

Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Residential Garage Door Services shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. Residential Garage Door Services liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Residential Garage Door Services products and services carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein. Residential Garage Door Services disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than for use as expressed by the manufacturer. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein. Please review the Warranty information provided by the manufacturer, where applicable.
