Can't recommend Ted enough! I had the torsion springs break on my garage door as soon as we hit a cold snap. Residential Garage was recommended to me from a friend, so I gave Ted a call, he answered the phone, gave me a quote on the spot and offered to come out next day. So refreshing in comparison to many of the big companies out there where you talk to a machine and then they don't want to give you a price until you pay for the $50 trip fee. When Ted came on site he noticed I had an old garage door with a specialty spring, and instead of upselling me on full replacement or using the wrong part he made the extra trip to get the right one. Through the install he replaced some screws, lubricated the door and tightened the chain at no extra cost all while teaching me about it. If you are having garage door issues, give Ted a call. Not only is he competitively priced but the experience of working with him is worth the cost alone. The repair is just icing on the cake.
