Once I decided on the repair option that worked best for me, he was able to start on it right away and had it fixed and working better than it ever had in less than an hour. Residential Garage Door is great! My overhead garage door was sticking on opening and wouldn't open all the way. When I called Residential, Ted called me back in less than a half hour. He offered to come out the same day, but I was unavailable, so he came out first thing the next morning. The problem was pretty straightforward, and because he had installed the garage door a few years ago, he didn't even charge me for this trip. Totally above and beyond expectations.
