Ted came out the same day, and his estimate was much cheaper than the other two guys. Ted was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unlike the others, he took the time to explain the various repair options to me and did not try to upsell or pressure me into anything extra. Once I decided on the repair option that worked best for me, he was able to start on it right away and had it fixed and working better than it ever had in less than an hour. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and will only be calling Residential Garage Door Services from now on.
